Chocolate Frosting

Chocolate frosting from scratch. Not sure how much it yields, but very simple to add/subtract to get perfect amount.

• Yields: 1 bowl

Ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup butter
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 cup milk
• 3  cups powdered sugar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 -3  ounces  unsweetened chocolate

Directions

1. beat margarine, salt and 1 cup of powdered sugar til light and fluffy.
2. blend in chocolate (I use the pre-melted packets).
3. add rest of sugar with milk and vanilla.
4. mix til smooth and creamy.
