Chocolate filled Bundt Cake

Yields: 1 cake

Ingredients

  • CAKE

  • 18  ounces  yellow cake mix, i always use duncan hines
  • 34 cup water or 34 cup milk
  • 13 cup  vegetable oil
  • 3  eggs
  • FILLING

  • 13 cup sugar
  • 1  tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2  tablespoons butter, softened
  • 14 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8  ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1  cup  semisweet chocolate morsel
  • 1  egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. CAKE: Mix all ingredients in bowl and beat on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  4. (I use Bakers Joy spray).
  5. FILLING: Melt semi sweet morsels.
  6. In small bowl mix all ingredients, beat until smooth.
  7. Drop filling by small spoonfuls onto cake.
  8. Do not let filling touch sides of pan.
  9. Bake 45-55 minutes.
  10. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
  11. Glaze with chocolate icing.
