Chocolate Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup flax seed meal
- 1⁄2 cup miniature M&M baking bits (or mini chocolate chips)
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour and roll into 1-inch balls. Measure out by teaspoon and scoop into individual muffin cups for individual servings.
