Chocolate Elves

There's nothing healthy about this cake-like cookie except for the smile it brings to the face of anybody who eats it- possibly the inspiration for the name? You can omit the cocoa in half of the batter and make 2-colour cookies by dropping 1/2 a spoonful of each chocolate and vanilla touching each other. They are at their best hot, dipped in milk. Don't be afraid to add raisins, chocolate chips, coconut, and/or nuts. Show more
