Chocolate Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pre-baked 9 inch pie shell
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 3⁄4 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- chocolate curls
Directions
- Melt chocolate. Set aside to cool.
- In a small bowl, cream the margarine. Add the sugar, vanilla and melted chocolate. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs.
- Beat 3 minutes until smooth and thick. Pour into shell, chill and garnish with chocolate curls.
