Ingredients
- 60 g butter
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 85 g cream filled cookies, crushed
- 110 g milk chocolate
Directions
- Melt butter, syrup, cocoa and sugar together gently.
- Stir in crushed cookies, mix well.
- Spoon into greased 7 inch square tin.
- Press down firmly.
- Melt chocolate and spread over top.
- Leave to set before cutting into slices.
