Chocolate-Craving Fixers

These nifty little mini-popsicles are absolutely delicious and a perfect quick-fix for all us poor chocoholics. You can use any flavor of pudding mix that you want; butterscotch is absolutely wonderful.

• Serves: 14
• Yields: 14 Cubes

Ingredients

• 1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant pudding mix
• 2  cups hot water

Directions

1. Beat the pudding mix into the water with a wire whisk until completely dissolved.
2. Pour the mixture into an ice-cube try. Cover the ice-cube tray with plastic wrap and poke a toothpick into each cube.
3. Freeze until fully hardened (about 1-2 hours).
