Chocolate Cranberry Bars

These bars are so good! They are really easy to make, too. Make the topping while the base is baking to save yourselves some time. Show more

  1. Line a 9" x 13" metal cake pan with parchment paper or grease.
  2. In a bowl, stir the chocolate wafer crumbs with the butter until moistened and press into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake in the centre of a 350 degree F oven until firm, about 10 minutes.
  4. Let cool on a rack.
  5. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs with the condensed milk.
  6. Stir in the cranberries, bittersweet and white chocolates and hazelnuts.
  7. Spread over the base.
  8. Bake in the centre of a 350 degree F oven until set in the centre, about 20 minutes.
  9. Let cool on a rack.
  10. Cut into bars.
