Chocolate Cookies With White Chocolate Chips

For Christmas I decided to make different kinds of cookies for stocking stuffers and I didn't have a chocolate cookie in the bunch! I stumbled upon this recipe and it's DELICIOUS, I had to share!

• Yields: 30 cookies

Ingredients

• 1  cup unsalted butter
• 1  cup white sugar
• 3⁄4 cup light brown sugar
• 2  eggs
• 1 1⁄4 cups  unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 3⁄4 cups flour
• 2  teaspoons baking soda
• 2  cups white chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time.
4. In a separate bowl combine the cocoa, flour, and baking soda.
5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients with the wet.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Drop onto cookie sheets.
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes
9. Cool for 5 minutes.
