Chocolate Coconut Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 1⁄2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1⁄2-1 cup pecan pieces
Directions
- Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs and beat well.
- Sift together the dry ingredients.
- Aleternately add flour mixture and bananas to the creamed mixture, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in chocolate chips, coconut and nuts.
- Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans.
- Bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Check for doneness.
- Cool on wire rack.
