Chocolate Cloud Pie

An airy and light dessert that can be a guilty plesure you can enjoy!

Ingredients

• 1  ready-made  chocolate cookie pie crust
• 2  tablespoons granulated sugar
• 2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
• 3⁄4 cup  firmly packed brown sugar
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 2  eggs
• 6  baker's semi-sweet  baking chocolate squares, melted, cooled slightly

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
2. Beat cream cheese, both sugars, and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in chocolate; pour into crust.
3. Bake 35 minute Cool completely. Store leftover pie in frige.
