  1. In an electric mixer beat the butter, coconut oil and shortening til smooth. Add all sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla well. In a small bowl combine flour, cornstarch, salt and baking soda and gradually add to mixture. Stir in all chocolate morsels. In 1/4 capfulls spoon on a cookie sheet or stoneware (my personal favorite) Bake 2-3 inches apart and bake at 375 for 12 minute.
