Chocolate Chunk Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter (room tempiture)
- 1⁄2 cup extra virgin coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
- 1 3⁄4 cups light brown sugar (packed)
- 3⁄4 cup white sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 cup cornstarch
- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1⁄3 cup bittersweet dark chocolate
Directions
- In an electric mixer beat the butter, coconut oil and shortening til smooth. Add all sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla well. In a small bowl combine flour, cornstarch, salt and baking soda and gradually add to mixture. Stir in all chocolate morsels. In 1/4 capfulls spoon on a cookie sheet or stoneware (my personal favorite) Bake 2-3 inches apart and bake at 375 for 12 minute.
