Chocolate Chip Muesli Cookies

found this recipe on the back of a bag of meusli. I can't remeber what bag. tastes great though

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 2⁄3 cup applesauce
• 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 1  egg
• 1  cup muesli
• 3⁄4 cup  semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. in a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt then set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix together applesauce and brown sugar, then mix in the egg.
4. add the dry mixture to the wet, and stir.
5. fold in the meusli and chocolate chips.
6. drop by rounded 1/2 tablespoons on greased cookie sheet.
7. bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
