Chocolate Chip Gooey Butter Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (18 1/4ounce) box chocolate cake mix
- 1⁄2 cup butter (melted)
- 3 eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9"x13" pan.
- Mix melted butter, cake mix, and 1 egg together.
- Form the crust with this on the bottom and sides of pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, powdered sugar (reserve 2 tablespoons powdered sugar), and vanilla together until creamy in a separate bowl.
- Pour over crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over cake.
- Bake 35 minutes or until outer edges begin to turn golden-brown.
- Cool completely.
- Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
- Enjoy!
