Yummy healthier cookies. Could also try substituting some of the fats with applesauce but I didn't have any to try it out. Show more

  1. Cream butter, oil, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Beat in agave, egg, and yolk.
  3. Add in dry ingredients minus oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
  4. Fold in oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips.
  5. Form 1 inch balls.
  6. Spray cookie sheet or stone with pam. Slightly flatten cookies.
  7. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
