Chocolate Chess Pie

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 10 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Mix Sugar and Cocoa together until blended.
- add all other ingredients until well blended - Do not over mix.
- Pour in pie shells.
- Once cooled top with whip topping and shaved chocolate sprinkles.
- I make 2 large pies or 22 tarts.
