Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1⁄2 cup cherries
- 1⁄4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Load in machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Setting is same as for regular egg breads.
- Fresh cherries will possibly reduce the shelf life of this bread.
