Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (12 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄3 cup cocoa
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1⁄3 cup butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
- Mix the vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa powder and powder sugar together.
- Melt the butter and mix in to the crumbs and powder mix.
- Press in the bottom of a spring form pan.
- Bake for 10 minute.
- Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
- Mix in the can of condensed sweetened milk.
- Melt the chocolate in a pan stirring constantly over low heat.
- Mix the melt chocolate chips into the cream cheese.
- Next stir in the 4 eggs one at a time.
- Now mix in the vanilla.
- Pour into the spring form pan.
- Bake for 60 to 65 minutes.
- Monitor your temperature and cooking time to obtain the desired texture of the cheesecake. The long the cooking time the dryer the cheese cake. Test with a tooth pick.
