Chocolate Chambord Pate

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chocolate
- 1 1⁄2 cups sweet butter
- 1⁄2 cup Chambord raspberry liquor
- 1 cup water
- 4 egg yolks
Directions
- Chop chocolate and butter into 1" pieces.
- Melt chocolate, butter, Chambord, and water over double boiler and mix until smooth.
- Let cool slightly whisk in yolks and strain.
- Pour into 7"x3" loaf pan and let set overnight.
