- 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry gelatin powder
- 3⁄4 cup vegetable oil or 3⁄4 cup canola oil
- 4 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup cabernet sauvignon wine
- 3⁄4 cup raspberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberry (for garnish)
- powdered sugar (for garnish)
Directions
- Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Fill the cake pan and bake for 1 hour.
- Let cake cool in pan before removing to a wire rack.
- Invert the cake onto a platter and dust the cake and platter with powdered.

- Garnish around the cake with fresh raspberries.
