  1. Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Fill the cake pan and bake for 1 hour.
  5. Let cake cool in pan before removing to a wire rack.
  6. Invert the cake onto a platter and dust the cake and platter with powdered.
  7. sugar.
  8. Garnish around the cake with fresh raspberries.
