  1. Melt chocolate with water in a double boiler.
  2. Whisk in eggs one at a time.
  3. Fold in raisins and pecans, spread in jellyroll pan.
  4. Bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. Spread with heavy cream and roll up lengthwise.
  6. Serve chilled.
