Chocolate Bonbons

Yields: 30 bonbons

Ingredients

  • 2  brown rice cakes, very finely crushed
  • 14 cup  brown rice syrup
  • 14 cup  natural-style peanut butter
  • 1 12 tablespoons  unsweetened cocoa
  • 1  tablespoon canola oil (organic)
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Add syrup, peanut butter, cocoa, and oil to a medium saucepan.
  2. Heat over low heat until melted and well combined then remove from heat.
  3. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Stir in crushed rice cakes until mixed well.
  5. Cool mixture until it's not too hot to handle.
  6. Roll into large marble-size balls.
  7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
