Chocolate Beet Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) package  duncan hines  chocolate cake mix
• 1 (4 ounce)  instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1  cup beet (pureed through blender)
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 4  eggs
• 1  teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1⁄3 cups water

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients. Add others and beat for 2 minutes.
2. Bake at 350 degrees 9x13 inch, 45 minutes; 2 (9 inch) round pans, 30 minutes.
3. Frost with desired frosting.
