Chocolate Beet Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) package duncan hines chocolate cake mix
- 1 (4 ounce) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup beet (pureed through blender)
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1⁄3 cups water
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients. Add others and beat for 2 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees 9x13 inch, 45 minutes; 2 (9 inch) round pans, 30 minutes.
- Frost with desired frosting.
