Ingredients
- 1 cup carob soymilk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄2 cup soft silken tofu
- 3 ripe bananas
- ice cube
Directions
- Pour soy milk into blender.
- Add protein powder, honey, tofu and bananas.
- Blend.
- Add ice cubes one at a time until smooth.
