Choco Pot O Creme

I found this in some of mom's recipes in an old shoe box. It was handwritten, so I hope it has no copyright problems to go along with it. Soon I plan to try it!!! If someone beats me to it...let me know if you liked it! I'm going to use ramekins to pour it into for starters.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons dark rum, omit if currently attending AA meetings
• 3  tablespoons  strong  hot coffee
• 2  beaten eggs
• 6  ounces  semisweet chocolate, shaved
• 2⁄3 cup  scalded milk

Directions

1. Pour all ingredients into a blender.
2. Whirr until smooth.
3. Pour into ramekins.
4. Chill one hour.
5. Enjoy.
