Choc. Chip Pancakes

Yields: 16 Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3⁄4 vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 ground cinnamon (or just cinnamon)
- 1⁄2 cup chocolate chips (make sure to eat a few before cooking! ,)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- Mix the dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, sugar, etc -- And choc. chip comes later).
- Mix the wet ingredients together (milk, vanilla extract, eggs, etc -- ).
- Mix both dry AND wet ingredients together.
- Put in the choc. chips. Mix some more.
- Put a large pan on the stove.
- Turn the heat of the burner to 5 max.
- Put 1/4 cups of batter into the pan SEPARATELY.
- When the pancakes start to bubble flip it. (If it does not look done, don't flip it for 30 secs.).
- Finally, after you finish up on ALL of you pancakes enjoy eating them!
