Chipped Beef Dip

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 (2 ounce) packages buddig smoked chipped beef (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
- 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temp
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients with mixer or food processor until dip is smooth.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with Bugles or Ruffles.
