Chipotle Pepper Crock Pot Chili

  1. Brown meat and drain well.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and onions; saute over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Add cumin, oregano, bay leaves, and chilies. Stir and mix well.
  5. Add flour and mix well. Cook 10 minutes over medium low heat.
  6. Place meat, beans and diced tomatoes in crock pot and stir in beef stock and tomato paste.
  7. Add garlic, onion and spice mixture to crock pot and mix well.
  8. Chop chipotle peppers and add to crock pot.
  9. Cook for 2 to 3 hours.
