Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt (if using table salt, only 1 tablespoon)
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups olive oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in blender, adding oil slowly at the end.
