Chipotle Mexican Grill Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
• 1⁄3 cup honey
• 1  tablespoon adobo seasoning
• 2  tablespoons kosher salt (if using table salt, only 1 tablespoon)
• 1  teaspoon pepper
• 1  tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
• 1 1⁄2 cups olive oil

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in blender, adding oil slowly at the end.
