Chipotle Mayonnaise

I originally posted this as a dip for my sweet potato #276268 recipe but this recipe is good enough to stand on it's own. I hope you enjoy it as it is great to be used as a dip for sweet potato fries, chips, taco chips, or on sandwiches etc..........MMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!

• Yields: 1 dip

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1  chipotle pepper
• 1  tablespoon adobo sauce
• 2  drops Tabasco sauce
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin

Directions

1. To prepare mayonnaise combine mayonnaise,* chipotle pepper, 1 tbsp adobe sauce and 2 drops Tabasco sauce. (*I use Chipotle peppers in a can that are in the adobe sauce already, found usually in Mexican food aisles of the supermarket).
