Chipotle Mayonnaise

found this while looking for fondue dipping recipes and thought this would be good on any kind of meat or sandwiches you would like to heat up!

• Yields: 1 1/4 c

Ingredients

• 1 (7 ounce) can chipotle chiles in adobo
• 1⁄2 teaspoon adobo sauce
• 2  teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1  cup mayonnaise

Directions

1. Mince chipotle chile to a paste with 1/2 teaspoon of adobo sauce.
2. In a bowl stir all ingredients together until combined well.
3. Sauce may be made 1 week ahead and chilled, covered.
