Chipotle Lime Garlic Wing Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 (11 1/2ounce) can chipotle chiles in adobo
- 6 ounces water
- 2 ounces fresh lime juice (juice of 2 limes)
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic clove
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- Put chipotle peppers, water, lime juice, garlic and honey in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add cilantro and mix.
- Wing sauce can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- (You can increase the HEAT by adding more Chipotle Peppers).
