  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, stir together the chipotles in adobo sauce, honey, lime juice, salt, and optional garlic powder. Stir well to combine.
  3. Add cooked chickpeas. Stir gently to coat.
  4. Place the cooked chickpeas on a cookie sheet that has sides. hipotle mixture over the chickpeas and stir to coat.
  5. Cook them for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, til crispy.
  6. Cool the chickpeas before eating.
