Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup butter, softened
- 3 chipotle peppers, canned in adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions
- Puree butter, chipotle peppers, garlic, shallots and 2 T lime juice in food processor until smooth.
