Chinese Style Spareribs

Ingredients
- 3 1⁄2 lbs spareribs, split
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3⁄4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup dry mustard
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and cook over med heat 5-10 minute.
- Pour over the ribs and allow to marinate for 2 hours.
- Place ribs on rack and brush with sauce.
- Bake at 180°C/350°F for 45 minutes.
