Ingredients
- 2 sparerib racks
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Heat oven to 350*.
- Cut ribs into individual ribs and arrange in a baking pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Mix sauce ingredients.
- Brush on ribs.
- Bake for 30 more minutes.
- Turn the ribs; brush with more sauce.
- Bake 30 more minutes.
