Chinese Oyster Soup

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups sliced napa cabbage
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup bean sprouts
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 pint fresh oyster, shucked (do not drain)
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except oysters, salt and pepper in slow cooker; cook on low 6-8 hours, adding oysters and their juice during the last 10-15 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
