Chinese Mustard and Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
- 1⁄2 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon bottled sweetened lime juice
- 1 -2 tablespoon hot water
Directions
- Heat seeds in a small skillet over medium heat, stirring until very fragrant.
- Pour into a bowl. Whisk in mustard, oil and lime juice.
- Thin to desired consistency with hot water.
