Chinese Meat Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Bisquick baking mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sherry wine
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon msg
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Mix ground pork, green onion, bisquick mix, beaten egg, cornstarch, sesame oil, sherry, soy sauce, and msg.
- Form into 1" diameter balls.
- Heat 3 Tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
- Add meat balls and cook until all sides are browned, about 10 minutes; remove to serving dish.
- Mix cornstarch, soy sauce, water, and 2 Tblsp. oil used for meat balls; bring to boil.
- Pour sauce over meat balls.
- Serve hot.
