Chinese Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1 teaspoon ground Chinese flower pepper
- 3 cups oil
Directions
- Mix eggs, flour, salt, sherry and sesame seeds.
- Dip chicken pieces into batter.
- Deep fry at 400 degrees until golden brown.
- Sprinkle ground Chinese flower pepper over chicken pieces before serving.
- Serve hot.
