Chinese Five-Spice Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 teaspoons Chinese five spice powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
- In a medium bowl combine the meat with the seasonings, scallions and soy sauce. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Score the meat into quarters and form 4, 1 inch thick patties.
- Cook the burgers for 6 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
