Chinese Barbecue Sauce (For Pork)

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons dry sherry
- 3 tablespoons catsup
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Baste pork frequently on the grill.
- This sauce works great on all pork-- cook for 1 or 2 minutes after the final basting of the meat!
