Chinese 5 Spice Mix

I'm allergic to star anise, so this is my recipe which uses anise seeds instead.

• Yields: 1 batch of spice mix

Ingredients

• 4  teaspoons  ground aniseed
• 2  teaspoons ground fennel
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  ground szechuan peppercorns

Directions

1. Mix ingredients. Done!
