Ingredients
- 2 1⁄4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 3 teaspoons egg replacer mixed with 6 tablespoons water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Mash bananas and mix with apple juice concentrate and egg replacer and water.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and whisk.
- pour into pan, and bake for 60 minutes.
