Chilli Soup

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (400 g) cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 mexican instant Oxo cube
- 1 (400 g) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
- Soften onion in a pot with the oil.
- Add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, crumble in beef oxo cube and stir.
- Add other tin of chopped tomatoes, fill tin with water and add to pot. Crumble in mexican oxo cube and stir.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add kidney beans and simmer for further 15 minutes.
