Chilli Soup

An easy and cheap soup. Encona chilli sauce can be used instead of mexican oxo cube.

  1. Soften onion in a pot with the oil.
  2. Add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, crumble in beef oxo cube and stir.
  3. Add other tin of chopped tomatoes, fill tin with water and add to pot. Crumble in mexican oxo cube and stir.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add kidney beans and simmer for further 15 minutes.
