Chilli Pork and Gorgonzola Burgers

  1. Combine all the ingredients except for the gorgonzola. Season and divide into 6 portions.
  2. Cut the gorgonzola into 6 pieces and mold the pork mixture around each piece. Flatten and shape like a thick burger.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium and grill about 5-6 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve on a toasted burger bun with mustard and fries. Enjoy!
