Chilli Pork and Gorgonzola Burgers

Ingredients
- 750 g pork, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 60 g gorgonzola
- 6 hamburger buns, to serve
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients except for the gorgonzola. Season and divide into 6 portions.
- Cut the gorgonzola into 6 pieces and mold the pork mixture around each piece. Flatten and shape like a thick burger.
- Preheat the grill to medium and grill about 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Serve on a toasted burger bun with mustard and fries. Enjoy!
