Chilli and Corriander Corn

Ingredients
- 2 corn, on the cobs
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 tablespoons vegan butter
Directions
- Cook corn on the cobs by boiling or steaming until soft.
- Melt butter, add corriander (chopped fine) and chilli powder in a wok or frypan.
- Then stir fry cooked corn cobs until butter has soaked through.
- Add extra corriander on the corn cob for decoration.
