Chilled Pear and Rose Fruit Salad

A very pretty salad for a high tea

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups blueberries, rinsed
  • 3 12 cups nectarines, sliced
  • 14 cup  rose petal, rinsed and drained
  • 14 cup  johnny jump-up blossoms, stems pinched off, rinsed and drained
  • 2  tablespoons raspberry vinegar
  • 1 12 teaspoons rose water

Directions

  1. Arrange berries and nectarines on a platter.
  2. Sprinkle flowers over fruit.
  3. In a small bowl, mix vinegar with rose flower water to taste. Spoon evenly over salad.
