Chili (Wendy's Style)

Ingredients
- 4 -5 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 large yellow sweet onions, chopped
- 7 large green bell peppers, chopped
- 4 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 30 ounces ranch style beans (do not drain)
- 30 ounces kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 20 ounces ro-tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 30 ounces stewed tomatoes
- 60 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 1⁄2 ounces mild chili seasoning mix
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot.
- Simmer for at least 3 hours or all day.
