Ingredients
- 1 gallon diced tomato
- 4 -6 green peppers, diced
- 12 small onions, diced
- 4 cups vinegar
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon red pepper
- 4 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
- Mix together, boil for 2 hours or until thick. Stir often to keep sugar from sticking. Can be canned for later use.
